I am now finally able to move my limbs enough to write. I work out regularly and consider myself to be in decent shape. I keep track of my BMI, resting heart rate, use a Polar Heart Rate monitor to ensure maximum cardio efficiency, but have never felt better after working out than I did after taking your class on Sat. The 75 minutes flew by and the exercises were challenging, but really effective. It is amazing how these muscle groups do not get worked in the course of my regular work outs, and how much can be accomplished using minimum weight.

Precision training is a must. Take a precision class to test and challenge yourself. The next day you can feel those muscles you are improving and it is a great feeling. Little movements + light weights = all the difference in the world.

 For the past five months, I have been training with Shannon at SWEAT and recently joined her Fit Camps. After taking Shannon's first class, I was so impressed by her teaching style and ability to motivate her students. I try never to miss a class because I know the results that she provides for her students. She has taught me how to push myself to the next level as well as educating me on fueling my body properly. Shannon is one of the best trainers I have ever worked with and I look forward to the upcoming months. Thanks Shannon, especially for your encouragement during all the push-ups!!

Shannon has been my trainer for over a year now, and I have a new dedication to working out. She has given me a love for working out that I never thought that I would have. She has inspired me whether she is next to me or I am in the gym by myself. I am 7 1/2 months pregnant now, and still attend her bootcamp classes. Shannon modifies the workout so that I am getting what I need, but not over doing it. She has sent me information throughout my pregnancy on being fit, healthy eating, and tips that have helped me stay healthy. I appreciate everything Shannon has done for me, and my health!

Thank you so much for the compliments.  It is REALLY nice to hear.  I have lost ten pounds and not really sure how many inches.  My clothes tell me good things!  I can wear tank tops again and don't  have to "hold it in".  I love the way I feel.  I joke with my husband when I sleep on my arms and I tell him, " I just couldn't sleep well last night on these rocks" hee  I love to make him laugh!  I have so much more muscle tone, and in such  a short period of time.  With having 3 kidos, Matt working nights sometimes, and just life stuff, it is sometimes hard to get to class.  I have just set my mind to improvement.  Thank you again for acknowledging me.  It feels good to have someone else notice.  You are a great role model.  And what I like best about you is you accept everyone for what they are.  I have always felt comfortable.  We should make t-shirts that say.... "Shannon Donner changed my life"  and then put www.fitfactor4.com next to it!!!

Hi Shannon-- Thanks for the kind words!  I really like your style in class-- the way you give encouragement and keep us moving, too!  I'm really enjoying being pushed by the workout and feel a great sense of accomplishment when we are done.  It's a fun, non-competitive group and I know my humiliation and low confidence regarding my skills are self-induced!  See you Wednesday!

Hi Shannon,

I've been meaning to tell you for some time now how much I appreciate your personal training. You may remember I was more interested in setting up a home gym, but needed a lot of help with ideas on how to maximize my workout. My intention was to get some training to help me use what we have at home. I didn't get any great referrals from anyone so I looked online and took a chance with you. I guess I'm really lucky! Your expertise has really improved my workouts - greatly. You are such a fun person to get to know that I'm hoping you make "house calls" and can jump start me again when I need it.

Although I only trained with her for a few months, I found Shannon to be very helpful and genuinely concerned about my welfare.  She was very good at designing a workout based on my needs. 
A true testimony for me is that I never missed a session with her except for once due to circumstances beyond my control, but Shannon was very accommodating to my schedule and let me do a makeup session the following week.  I am by no means an exercise fanatic, in fact, I hated it.  The fact that I never missed a session is to Shannon’s credit.  She made the workouts enjoyable as well as varied.  I never got bored.  
I would happily recommend Shannon to anyone, male or female, who is in need of a personal trainer.
