So I hardly made it through the first class but I made it through the second and I am anxious to do it again. It is a great workout and I know I will see results fast.

Precision training is a must. Take a precision class to test and challenge yourself. The next day you can feel those muscles you are improving and it is a great feeling. Little movements + light weights = all the difference in the world.
For the past five months, I have been training with Shannon at SWEAT and recently joined her Fit Camps. After taking Shannon's first class, I was so impressed by her teaching style and ability to motivate her students. I try never to miss a class because I know the results that she provides for her students. She has taught me how to push myself to the next level as well as educating me on fueling my body properly. Shannon is one of the best trainers I have ever worked with and I look forward to the upcoming months. Thanks Shannon, especially for your encouragement during all the push-ups!!
Shannon has been my trainer for over a year now, and I have a new dedication to working out. She has given me a love for working out that I never thought that I would have. She has inspired me whether she is next to me or I am in the gym by myself. I am 7 1/2 months pregnant now, and still attend her bootcamp classes. Shannon modifies the workout so that I am getting what I need, but not over doing it. She has sent me information throughout my pregnancy on being fit, healthy eating, and tips that have helped me stay healthy. I appreciate everything Shannon has done for me, and my health!
